23rd Mushroom Gastronomic Days in Alta Ribagorça

From 6 to 29 October, 12 participating restaurants will offer menus where the mushroom will be the main product. The restaurants participating in this edition are the following: Café Sedona, Casa Prades, Les Cumbres, Manantial Restaurant, Villa Maria, L’Aüt, La Granja, El Ventador, El Montsanet, Llesqueria l’Empriu and Casa Joanot. On the other hand, all menus include a tasting of Oleaurum oils, a glass of cava, Caldes water and Ratafia dels Raiers. In addition, guests will be given a wooden ladle. Parallel to the Conference, other activities have been organized for participants: different nature itineraries, a mycological walk, mushroom exhibitions and competitions on social networks.
