.- Wild camping is considered any unauthorized overnight stay carried out using tents, caravans, motorhomes, vans, cars or other easily dismantled or transportable mobile elements, such as sleeping bags, mattresses, towels, fabrics or similar items, as well as the use of public furniture for this purpose.
.- Overnight stay is understood as that carried out in establishments legally authorized for this use or in areas and parking spaces recommended for this type of vehicle. In these areas, it is not permitted to set up tables, chairs, awnings or other elements that extend beyond the surface of the vehicle.
.- In designated or recommended areas or parking spaces, overnight stays may not exceed five consecutive nights, and it is not permitted to dispose of wastewater outside the points specifically designated for this purpose.
.- In these areas, vertical and horizontal signage must always be respected and a civic behavior maintained to promote coexistence between vehicles and people: avoiding disturbing noise, respecting distances between parked vehicles and disposing of waste in the designated containers, among others.
.- The municipalities of the region, in accordance with the powers granted by the Local Government Act and the corresponding municipal traffic and parking regulations, have the authority to inspect and sanction individuals who practice wild camping within their municipal boundaries.
