The open part, when the Refuge is not guarded, is 10 minutes from it. It is a building known as “La Centraleta”, located at the confluence of the Contraix River and the Sant Nicolau River. It has 10 places available and is equipped with blankets, mattresses, emergency radio, fireplace and firewood.
