Caldes de Boí Spa

The Caldes de Boí Spa is located in the heart of the Vall de Boí at an altitude of 1,500 metres, surrounded by spectacular landscapes, lakes, rivers and waterfalls. A place with 100% pure oxygen.

This valley makes up a unique and incomparable environment, since, in addition to the spa, it has a set of Romanesque churches declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO; and the only National Park in Catalonia, the Aigüestortes and Lake Sant Maurici National Park. All this makes it an ideal place for lovers of nature, well-being and relaxation. In addition, the environment that surrounds it allows you to carry out all kinds of activities related to the mountains and the outdoors.

One of the main attractions is, without a doubt, the Thermal Center and its authentic and avant-garde health programs. Thanks to the 37 springs, which emanate from an area of 24 hectares of gardens, the Caldes de Boí Spa is the thermal resort with the greatest variety of mineral-medicinal waters, which is why it entered the Guinness Book of World Records.

The waters of Caldes de Boi are mineral-medicinal waters of different compositions and temperatures, ranging from 4ºC to 56ºC. Mineral water is born from the “Font del Bou” spring that is packaged and marketed under the name of “Caldes de Boí”. www.aguadecaldesdeboi.com

The therapeutic effect of its waters has been recorded since Roman times, being at the end of the eighteenth century when the first analyzes were carried out to give it the medical and scientific value, since they were already famous for their effects to recover health.

Caldes de Boí has 37 springs with temperatures ranging from 4 ºC to 56 ºC that allow a wide variety of daily thermal techniques to be carried out.
