El Pont de Suert – Gabarret – Espollà

The itinerary that we propose begins in the municipality of Pont de Suert, from the New Church in the direction of the iron bridge that we find to the right of the Old Church. The first three kilometers of the route run on a paved track, which is not very busy. The rest of the route continues on an unpaved track. The stage passes through the unpopulated villages of Espollà and Gabarret. During the tour, you will enjoy wonderful views of the Pont de Suert and the Ribagorça.

Km 0.00 The Pont de Suert (841m) we leave the church square and go to the iron bridge, we continue to the left until another bridge that we leave on the left. We take the path on the right which, at the beginning, runs on the left side, looking downstream of the Sirés ravine.

Km 1.45 We find the siphon and continue straight on

Km 3.82 We take a crossroads to the right in the direction of Gabarret, where it starts on a dirt road.

Km 4.42 We take the detour to Gabarret (966m)

Km 5.12 We continue to the right leaving the detour on the left (1020m)

Km 5.38 Gabarret (1030m)

Km 5.46 We continue straight leaving a straight path on the right.

Km 6.70 Field Meadow. We take the path on the right (1094m)

Km 8.56 Espollà (1118m) We begin the downhill path.

Km 9.81 We take a detour to the left (road we have climbed) and continue down the paved track.
