If you have no experience in via ferrata or do not have the right equipment, it is essential to hire a qualified guide (in climbing, canyoning or high mountain), who will allow you to enjoy the activity in complete safety.

Description of the itinerary
The itinerary runs through aerial and vertical terrain, but very well equipped, which facilitates progression. The route is divided into three sections with increasing difficulty and escape exits after each section.

1st section: Friendly start with two optional monkey bridges.

2nd section: very aerial route with good views over the river.

3rd section: short climbing passes and a well-equipped final drop.

Once at the top, you can descend a equipped section or complete the experience with a 25 m zip line (optional, with a cable pulley).

Equipment and safety
To do the route safely, it is necessary to bring:

– Helmet and harness

– Heatsink with special carabiners for via ferrata

– Trekking shoes and gloves

It is also recommended:

– Small backpack, water, mobile, first aid kit, headlamp and a dynamic rope.

Hire a qualified guide (climbing, canyoning or high mountain) to enjoy the activity in complete safety.

Important: progressing on a via ferrata without suitable equipment carries a serious or fatal risk. You must have experience or be accompanied by a guide and have adequate insurance.

Access
From the car park located next to the Pont de Suert Mountain School, follow the Camí de l’Aigua northwards to the iron bridge that crosses the Noguera Ribagorçana. On the left you will find the indication for the via ferrata. The trail, marked with yellow signs, will take you there in about 30 minutes.
