The Nativity of Durro

A single-nave church, it does not retain the original chancel with three apses.

Barrel vaulted roof. Bell tower with a square tower attached to the north wall, at the chancel, with Lombard decoration of arches and sawtooth.

Checkered frieze and arches at the top of the south and north walls. Porch that protects the doorway.

Sculptural decoration of the doorway with columns and capitals, archivolt with checkerboard and chrismon. Medieval wrought iron bolt.

Baroque altarpieces of the seventeenth, eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.

    • s. XII: First constructive moment.
    • s. XVI – s.XVII: Two chapels open on the north side wall.
    • s. XVIII: Renovations to the chancel and porch.
    • 1983: Restoration of roofs by eliminating chapels.
    • 1993: Restoration of the bell tower.
    • 2000/2002: Last restoration.
