We offer traditional high mountain cuisine in the Vall de Boí. In our house you can enjoy a careful cuisine with a series of recipes that, generation after generation, we have been preserving and updating. Currently the hotel-restored is run by two cousins-brothers of the founders, around 1943 when it all began.
Our specialties are soups (cold or hot), grandmother’s stews, grilled organic meats, seasonal products and our delicious desserts. All our gastronomic offer is made with local products of the highest quality. We offer, both at noon and at night, the menu, half menu, children’s menu, grilled dishes and seasonal menu. There is also the possibility of making farmhouse toast with sausages and cheeses from the Valley.
