The Manantial Restaurant offers an extensive menu with a wide variety of dishes prepared with specially selected products, giving prominence to local produce such as vegetables and organic meats.

The gastronomic offer of Caldes de Boí combines the most traditional dishes of the area with more modern and innovative dishes.
Special diets are prepared daily in coordination with the medical team of the thermal centre, as well as vegetarian menus, detox diets, reconstituent, low-calorie and/or gluten-free diets, which contribute to the general improvement of wellbeing and health.
