They are a small family business run by Pere and Jaume Palacín, both with extensive experience in livestock breeding and management as well as in the meat industry. For the past 13 years, they have been exclusively dedicated to the slaughtering, cutting, and distribution of lamb from their own farm and occasionally from other farms, always using local, proximity-sourced products.
They offer a top-quality KM0 product, overseeing the entire production chain while respecting and ensuring basic animal welfare standards throughout the process. They also market locally sourced beef from farmers in the region, providing their customers with products of the highest quality. All preparation and distribution work is carried out from their facilities located in Ginast.
They supply butcher shops in Ribagorça and the Vall d’Aran, as well as restaurants, local businesses, and private customers who increasingly trust their products. They have their own livestock farm, cutting room, and transportation. They do not have a retail point of sale, so orders must be placed by phone.
They offer home delivery and/or delivery to the client’s establishment.
