The Manantial Restaurant offers a careful menu, with a wide variety of dishes made with specially selected products, giving prominence to local products such as vegetables and organic meats.

The gastronomic offer of Caldes de Boí combines the most traditional dishes of the area with the most current and innovative preparations.
Special diets are prepared daily coordinated with the medical team of the Thermal Center, as well as vegetarian menus, detoxification, restorative, hypocaloric and/or gluten-free diets, which contribute to the general improvement of well-being and health.
