Carnisseria Porté-Estop

Carnisseria Porté-Estop is a family business that began in 1976. It is located in Vilaller (Alta Ribagorça), in the Pyrenees.

They sell lamb from Ribagorça, as well as beef, foal meat, and local cheeses. They are now also resuming the production of a range of traditional products that were made in the past but had been set aside: potatoes, chorizo, secallona, botifarres, pâtés, and more. Their aim is to promote local consumption and add value to the region’s gastronomy through locally sourced products.
