Xolis d’Adons

XOLÍS D’ADONS offers the most artisanal production of XOLÍS. Following the tradition of slaughtering pigs, we make sausages, cooked and cured by hand.

The workshop, located in the village of ADONS at an altitude of 1,400 meters, allows 100% natural drying with the air from Aneto and Maladeta. They obtain a unique, artisanal and high quality product.
Its specialities: Xolís, Secallona, red chorizo, Loin, Bacon, Sobrasada, Liver bread, Country pâté, Girella…
