Our history dates back almost 40 years, when our parents, who were fond of the mountains of the Alta Ribagorça region, in the Lleida Pyrenees, discovered the satisfaction of mushroom picking, which led them to introduce it into the workplace.
This feeling for this surprising world of mushrooms has passed from parents to children, always attracted by perseverance, effort and satisfaction for the good work achieved.
Increasingly, fresh and dehydrated mushrooms are being introduced in our kitchens, and we have become familiar with their aroma and exquisite peculiar flavor. The infinite variety of combinations that can be made with rice, pasta, sauces, meats, creams, omelettes and even batters, has led us to adapt to the new needs of the market.
Boletaires del Pirineu, has its headquarters in Pont de Suert (Lleida). Currently, in addition to fresh and seasonal mushrooms, we also have a wide variety of dehydrated and powdered mushrooms.
