The Romanesque art of Boí Valley is exceptional in the way that many churches of the same architectural style are concentrated in a limited area and that the buildings have undergone few significant modifications of their initial design.
These monuments offer a service of guided tours managed by the Centre of Romanesque art of Boí Valley, located in Erill la Vall.
As a recognition for the exceptionality of this presence of Romanesque art, the UNESCO declared the ensemble of Romanesque churches of Boí Valley World Heritage Site in 2000.
